Ranking rule

Your rating is never changed. Lumen orders tasks by rating × 10 + due-date urgency.

Balanced is the default. Base urgency: overdue +30, today +25, tomorrow +18, 2–3 days +12, 4–7 days +6.

Auto Rank

Keep every saved 1–10 rating as the baseline, then refresh priority points as due dates get closer. Unranked items stay visibly unranked.

Backup

Each device has separate local data. Export a Troop Edition JSON backup to move or restore it elsewhere.

Trash

Removed tasks stay recoverable.

Private by design

No analytics or task sync. Active tasks stay in this browser unless you export a backup. If the owner deploys and connects the optional ChatGPT inbox, submitted drafts are held in that owner’s separate server until this device reviews them.
